Yumi is a normal girl who lives in a normal house. Her father went to America to work there, so Yumi is left alone with her mother in the Second Japan. When she was 15, some strange things had happened when she swung a sword of wood. She realised she had gained special powers, not knowing where it came from.
After she found out about her powers she started to train with a real sword, when her mother left the house to go work in the First Mana.
She practised in the woods and that's how she met Kyoto. She knew he was a demon, but he was more afraid of her, than she was afraid of him. Yumi knew Kyoto would't hurt her. And they became friends.

Extra things: Her special powers only work with swords. What kind of sword doesn't matter. But if she could choose a weapons, it would be a katana.

+ She's a music lover. She is always wearing her DJ's or headphones with her. Those are sometimes black, sometimes pink.
+ She is thin and beautiful.
+ She's jealous of Cho, and sometimes wears a shirt with tiny white angel wings on her back. Those are sometimes flat, but sometimes they're also made of real feathers.
+ She loves stars! Stars everywhere! On her pants, her right arm, her face (right cheek) and on her belt are some stars sticked too.
+ Her DJ's are with her iPod. So she's always wearing that iPod. The iPod is of course pink.
+ She loves rock music. She's a soft fan of The Distillers and loves her pyramid studded belt.
+ All her other extra things are gold. Her nose piercing, her eyebrow piercing, her earrings (4 on the left ear, 6 on the right), rings and the stars.
+ Kyoto gave her his golden pendant. It's a dragon and she always wears it.
