LOL, ok, so I was ordered to make more sushi tonight.

The only difference?

Catherine made the fatal mistake of giving me Sake mixed with Plumb Liquor. We discovered it was NOT Plumb Wine after I was halfway through it and still making rolls.

Best sushi-making night...EVAR!

It's a real miracle that I didn't remove any fingers, but I'm not gonna lie...after the first roll, it looks cancerous. I also forgot to put cilantro in all but one of them.

-No...wait...I recall Cath mentioning that the fourth roll had cilantro on only half of the entire roll.

So I somehow completely forgot what I put in the fourth roll, but it's not like someone left rat poison next to me while I was enjoying myself.

There was even one point where I had forgotten that I was supposed to be making more rolls. I sort of wandered in the same place for a minute until I spotted the fresh rice sitting on a plate next to my bamboo mat (and Catherine saying "finish the next roll~..." helped a little too).

Also! If it isn't obvious already (since I'm sure my typing changes slightly when inebriated), I am still buzzed, because I dug around for the ACTUAL plumb wine and mixed it with what I think was the last of the sake. Gonna need more.
