I previously thought that my guild was doing well. I was getting many people to join my guild, there was a great post rate, and the topics were cool. Now, looking in retrospect, I see the failure my guild is becoming; those "frequent posts," mine, "cool topics" I don't even use them, and those people in my guild, none of them are active anymore, they're all n00bs.

Someone, please rescue me from this hellish guild delemma...
