.... yo, um... i'm about to realy humble myself, which i don't do often.

i'd looked up honour on wikipedia and on various dictionaries, and found lots of comparisons of it to law-culture mindsets... and suddenly i realized alot of things.

i understand now why i get so much s**t for my beliefs. an honour-culture seems to a law-culture to be barbaric, vilent, and overly suspicious of anyone. in a way it's kinda true. because it's based on a mindset of knowing that if you cant defend your honour, you lose it. you lose resect for losing honor. you lose trustworthyness for losing honor. nomads are honour-based people because if they don't emediately deliver harsh retribution on those who do them wrong or steal their things then they "deserved it." men of honour in spain, england, france, had to be on the lookout for any insult, real or imagined. cause if they allowed someone to insult them they were considered weak.

something i notice here is, the Uoe, they understand the honour traditions very well. it's something we have in common. and for that i have new respect for them. they protect their own, strongly, defiantly. i like that. i'm not trying to like, suck up to you peeps or nothing, just letting ya know. i completely concede. 100%

... so yeah. i'm completely submissive towards ya'll.
