So...I was at the MSI gig last night at the Barfly, I'd won the tickets through Kerrang, on the day I got my GCSE results!
IT WAS AWESOME!
After walking around Birmingham for two hours completely lost, we ended up following these two really nice girls (I think their names were Sophie and Louise).
We ended up sitting outside the venue for about 3 hours but it was great cos we were just chilling and eating skittles!
While we were waiting we heard these girls near us squealing cos someone in the barfly chucked water balloons out the window! I really wish I knew how it was...
Kitty passed by as well. I kinda noticed then turned to Shmoo and was like "Is that Kitty??" then she came back and we kinda called her name and she turned around. I waved at her whee but I felt bad cos after that loads of people started to chase after her confused
So when we eventually got inside, we got merch and waited for the band to come on. (We were close to the front thanx to out new friends xd )
This guy from Kerrang came on stage and introduced the band, but they didn't come on.
(I was really annoyed then cos I got all excited)
So the band eventually came one (yay). I'm not gonna go through every song they played but they played all the songs I hoped they would play.
In Shut Me Up Lyn-Z and Jimmy started crowd surfing. Shmoo got Lyn-Z's boob and I accidentally touched her a**. I also grabbed hold of Jimmy's jacket (I loved what he was wearing! It was awesome).
Jimmy somehow managed to climb up some scaffolding which was really close to me. He kept saying he was the Cheshire Cat. It was really funny but I couldn't help worry that he would fall off cos it looked kinda slippy.
At the end Jimmy, Steve Righ'? and Kitty were signing and taking pictures. I don't know where Lyn-Z went...
Jimmy signed some random leaflet I had in my pocket and my frilly knickers notepad. His face was hilarious when he saw it! Me and Shmoo got pictures with him outside. He liked Shmoo's face!
Steve also took pics with us, he signed my notepad too. He was so nice cos he had my Sharpie and was like "Can I use it for a couple of people?" He could have kept it but he gave it back to me afterwards and said Thanx.
We also got Kitty's autograph and photos.
She was really nice too cos she waited (Shmoo had camera problem lol)
For my first ever standing gig it was amazing! I really wanna see them again now!!
For those of you wondering who Shmoo is..she's my friend who I took with me to the gig xd
