There are a few times that I've been to the Cheesecake Factory, but I can tell you that the food is just de-lish! Today, after a while of going to stores, I went to eat lunch at the Cheesecake Factory. Yes, it is a restaurant for people that might never have heard of it. Something that I had had before and which blew me away was the Chinese Chicken Salad.
'Woah! A salad? You like to eat salads?' Well, not particularly, and I was a bit hesitant to eat it at first, but the way it sounded on the menu made me want to try it! This salad has lettuce (duh), chicken (like it says in the name), almonds, noodles that are crispy and have the same texture like Rice Crispies, some kind of flat green bean, and mandarins. Don't let anything from this salad scare you! It is a very fresh salad and it's served cold. They cook the chicken of course. If anybody knows where a Cheesecake Factory is by them, or if you've gone there before, whenever you go make sure to try this dish out!
As for the "Show" in this here journal blog, I am in love with these music pieces called "Cello Suite No.5 v-Gavotte" and "Cello Suite No.6 v-Gavotte" played by Mischa Maisky. Wow. He is one talented cellist. You must look them up on youtube (i type "Gavotte" in the search bar then scroll down to the music pieces). Not only does it make you smarter (classical music), but it's just amazing to hear him play.
