So anyways, now that I have your attention, let's talk politics. I know the score is about half-and-half between Obama and McCain. And the other people don't know who they're voting for.
I got an email from my mom the other day. It read:

ABC has a test at the below address to see who's campaign statements, McCain's or Obama's, you agree with most. They don't tell you who made the statements, of course, but a statement made by each candidate on the same topic (economy, immigration, judiciary, etc.) will be side by side.
You just pick which statement you agree with and, after selecting all 13,
you'll find out which candidate's philosophy you support.

It's a test, just like it says.

I was all for McCain - well, actually, more for his VP, Sarah Palin. People should be all for her! I mean, she's a WOMAN, right? Isn't that what we want? Say McCain has a stroke second day in office and dies. We'd have a woman president. And even if he doesn't kick the bucket in his term (assuming McCain is elected), we'd end up with a woman president. You'd think all the Clinton fans would be flocking to her, but, no, it's all about the stupid parties.
I'm not being feminist. Yes, a chick president would be pretty cool to witness, but I'll take the best dude (or chick) for the job. I think McCain would do just that for us.
So, I took the test. All except for the last two statements that I chose were from McCain.

So about this Sarah Palin stuff. LEAVE HER ALONE. Mmkay? She is a DOWNS SYNDROME mother! She is the ultimate multi-tasker. Mothers are known for putting others before themselves... isn't this what we want for our country? A friend of my mother's said something interesting. "If they are trying to dirty Palin up so bad, why not vote for her? There's obviously something good to hide there!"

So what if her daughter got knocked up? I bet she didn't even know her daughter was having sex! Do you know how many teens are not virgins and their parents never find out they're having sex until they get pregnant? Some parents don't even find out their daughters ARE pregnant until they come home with a baby and are like, "I NEED MONEY." Some get abortions before their parents even find out.

And I'm not approving loose teenage girls, so don't you dare accuse me of it! I'm saving myself for marriage. If you wait to have sex, you generally skip over STDs like AIDS and meningitis and herpes and all that other junk. You also miss the getting knocked up and having to raise a baby at 15, 16, 17...
