It's been... a weird week

I swear, my parents never make any sense. They yell at me and tell me I'm the worst kid in the world, and they turn around and unground me. Jesus Christ. I had an axiety attack about 2 weeks or so ago, due to my step-dad. My mom rushed me to the hospital because I was hyperventalating and my heart was beating really really fast. Goddamn I hate my syep-dad. I want to ******** shoot him. On top of everything, I'm starting to really feel the pains of long distance. I love my boyfriend, but he's so far away... It's killing me inside because I can't hug him or physically touch him in any way. garr...
