I don't know what I'm talking about. So don't mind me. I'm just rambling. No, wait, DO listen to me. I hate it when people ignore me. I am crazy, people! Funny. I seem to have forgotten to write "not" in there.

Oh, well.

So I'm working on a new story. I've abandoned my SVU fan-fic and my Joker fan-fic (my obsession - jkjk XDD) and started on this one, an ORIGINAL. It feels so great to be writing my own stuff again. Not that I wasn't writing my own stuff before - I was, but I was using other people's characters and throwing in some of my own to match my own needs.

Anyhoo.

The story is about a ghost - or a spirit, if you will - named Stefan. He was killed twenty years ago in his bedroom and his case quickly ended in dead ends. The case was declared cold, and his house declared "haunted".

Now, twenty years later, a girl named Casey and her family move into his home, where no one has dared to live for years. She quickly chooses his room, which is the farthest away from the rest of her family, but does not unpack her things. Eventually, it becomes obvious to Stefan that she wants to leave, but he has to go against all the rules he's set up for himself and come in contact with her if he ever wants to be freed.

The problem is, she can't see him.

Eventually, when she wants to see him, she will be able to, but until then he can only speak to her. He can touch her, too, but his touch is unbearably cold to a human, so that's out of the question as well.

Stefan has to recruit Casey in order to solve the mystery of his own murder. Only then can he be freed from the human world. Unfortunately, he has no knowledge of what awaits him.

It's not quite polished up yet. I can't decide if I want Stefan to be dead already or if he's just in the hospital with brain damage and he has to figure out who beat the crap out of him before they pull the plug on him.

Personally, I think dead sounds better. It works better with the plot.
