Trek is no longer buying Durem/Gambino fish for a while.
Ahh, fishing... brings back so many good memories. I had so many friends that I used to fish with on this site. I always fished in groups with other people. It's a reat way to make new friends. I've met some of my dearest Gaian friends while fishing. But nowadays, I usually fish alone. I don't like to fish publicly anymore as I usually end up with beggers these days. So, now, it's like... I have no one to talk to while I play anymore...
If anyone out there sees me online in the evenings (after 6-11 PM eastern time), there's a good chance I'm off fishing somewhere. I would be delighted to have someone join me anytime. heart
I've made some more changes to the SSBM 1pTT and to the wr list. I removed the metal ranking system I was using in the 1pTT and switched to a beginner/inter/pro" style system, like what used to be used back on gamefaqs. I'm not really happy with how it worked out for BtT and 10-Man Melee, but it works great for the other modes. The qualifications for each rank I made up myself based loosely on the old gamefaqs standard, with the approval of the remaining Melee community. I also reorganized the thread so the different modes are listed in the same order they are in the wr list. As for the wr list, since pyh189 is obviously no longer updating smashvrs (the domain now appears to be for sale) I've decided to do the next best thing. I've started integrating links to wr vids on YouTube directly into the wr list itself. If a particular wr isn't recorded on video, I link to the next best vid, if available. The list is now therefore pretty much a complete replacement for smashvrs. I'm still compiling videos as of this post.
I FINALLY got around to heading to the State to get my State ID and related information changed (due to my recent move). Then I went off to the bank to get my account number changed. Once I get my new PIN number, hopefully I'll be able to get new PayPal and eBay accounts. Then I can buy Gaia Cash from Gaia again! XP More importantly, I'll be able to buy a new Gamecube. I'm really tired of not having a Gamecube, and therefore not being able to play SSBM. I still have my Japanese one, but it's in one of the fifteen hundred or so boxes in the basement. I have no idea which one or where. :/ I've been without SSBM for around a quarter of a year now. I really miss it. I'm hoping to get my new Gamecube sometime next Janruary. I can't wait to start playing again. I have so many new scores to get.
In the meantime, I've whipped out my Nintendo 64 (at least I know where THAT is ^_^) and started playing F-Zero X again. I got quite a few new scores.

In other news, I've added a playlist to my profile. This is my "Stadium" mix. I also listen to them along with a dozen or so other songs in a random playlist when I play Training Mode or All-Star.
That is all for now. ^_^
