the basics
full name; "My parents were never really the type to give their child a normal name. My mother was a rather big fanatic of Egypt. She always dreamt to go see the pyramids and what not. When my mother finally got her wish and was sent on a vacation to Alexandria, Egypt, she fell in love with the place. Hence the name 'Alexandria'. Not only was my mother fond of the city, but she was also fond of the meaning of 'Alexandria'. In the ancient Roman times, 'Alexandria' was an elaborate word for 'defender of mankind'. Since then, my mother had the fantasy that I would one day save the world some how.
"My middle name doesn't seem of much importance to me, just another big word. Though, to my father, he always loved the name. There was no big story behind how he thought of the name, no spectacular trip like my mother. Just another ordinary day in his pathetically boring boarding school he went to when he was my age. His class was studying the Latin language, when they came across the word for honeysuckle, 'Abelia'. For some reason, he grew attached to the name and told himself that if he shall ever have a daughter, he would name her 'Abelia'. Unfortunately for him, my mother out ruled him in my first name, so 'Abelia ended up being my middle.
"Well, my last name is Abbott, nothing special to it. I suppose when it comes down to meanings, I would be a 'honeysuckle protector of the world'."
nicknames; "Call me Alexa, please! For the sake of my sanity! It's not like I hate the name Alexandria, but I just have this thing against it. I don't know how it started or why, but I do know that if you call me Alexandria I will be you to pulp. I don't expect the Slytherins abide by this rule, but really, if you don't want to become pumpkin juice, just call me Alexa."

house and year; "I am seventeen; so naturally, I am in my seventh year. I was sorted into Gryffindor in my first year, though I have no idea why. I'm not that brave. Not that I'd be better off in the other houses, I am not nice enough to be in Hufflepuff, nor am I cruel enough to be in Slytherin and I am definitely not smart enough for Ravenclaw. I suppose I was sorted at random because the Sorting Hat didn't know where to put me."

It was quite a shock when I came home from my sixth year to find a puppy running at me. She was so hyper and excited and loved to jump around. So I named her Jumpy, which fit her perfectly. She is rather loyal for a puppy and even does her cute little growl whenever someone passes by me. I love her to death.

hair; "Most girls go crazed and obsessed over their hair in the mornings. Well, I just happen to be one of them. To me, if my hair isn't looking at its absolute best when I head out to class, then I consider it a bad hair day.
"My hair is fairly long and just barely reaches my elbows. Most people awe over the color of my hair, since it is rare to have a color like that without dying it, but my hair has always been naturally light brown at my roots and gets darker towards the end of my hair.
"Most debate over whether my hair is wavy of curly. Some of my friends even make fun of it and call it curvy. I suppose if I were to say it simply, my hair is wavy to an extreme, but not extreme enough to be curly. Because of this hair of mine, it is sometimes quite hard to manage it, especially when it gets humid and the soft texture of my hair goes frizzy. Most of the time I just let it down, or attempt at a stylish messy ponytail (50% of the time it ends up the way I want it).
eyes; "My eyes...the one part of my body that I love the most."
Alexa's eyes are a chocolatey brown. Most people crave for the crystal clear blue eye color that you see with famous stars and super models, but not Alexa, she loves her brown eyes.
"My mother always used to tell me that people's eyes tell a story." If you were to look into Alexa's eyes, you could practically see her whole life story. Her eyes are so open, like an open book and once you look into her eyes, you will continue reading and reading. Since her eyes are so open, you could probably tell what mood she is in. When she is happy, her eyes have that soft, chocolatey look. When she is sad or distraught, it looks as if her eyes were melting. If she were angry or upset it would be as if the chocolatey softness froze in the freezer and turned into a cold, untasteless delight you once had enjoyed. If Alexa were truely happy and filled with joy or if she was feeling mischievous, her eyes would twinkle.
Looking into Alexa's eyes can sometime be a risk, especially when she is angry. She can give you a cold, piercing look that would make you want to turn your head. Sometime you can be trapped, staring into her eyes as if she were hypnosis. There even once has been a person who looked her in the when she was happy and felt the overwhelming urge to hug her. At times, if someone looked into her eyes, they would feel whatever she felt, which is a rather good strength to have if you were to run for president.
"I have eyes like any other person, it shaped like an acorn, like most people and I have brown eyes, which most people do. I just have the extra ability to influence people with my eyes is all..."

build; "I really wouldn't consider myself to be tall for my age, 'cause I'm not. I am the average height for a girl my age. I am not as bulky as my father, nor as petite as my mother; I'm somewhere in-between. I do have a rather strong arm and more mucsle than the average girl, probably from all those work outs my father made me go to...
"When I first entered Hogwarts, most people kept pestering to try out for the Quidditch team in my second year. Well, I did, and just barely made it, when the some other person made me get off balance and fall off my broom. I would have been good for any of the postions, really. I had enough muscle to be a beater; I was short and petite back then, good enough to a seeker; and I was swift enough to be a chaser or a keeper. But I suppose it was bad luck...
"My legs are just the right size, the aren't really lanky and skiny, but it isn't all mucsle and/or fat. They are strong enough to walk up a mountain, yet long enough for a good run.
"I just happen to be gifted of that hourglass shape that ever girl would kill for. The only problem is, when every I start to loose weight, my sides tend to go straight, like a pen; and whenever I'd gaid wait, fat would come on the sides and make me look disoriented.
"All in all, I am a rather good looking person, who's body can endure much."

strengths;
Confidence: "No, it does not come out as arrogance! Though sometimes I can get cocky, this is like very rare, though! I do have confidence in myself when it comes to issues that are important to me. The confidence in myself and the ability to make people see as I do, really comes in handy to win debates and whatnot."
Manipulating Minds: "Not in an evil way of course. I usually am good at making people see the way I do. If I were for example, trying to get some person to stop eating meat, all I would have to do is to name off several facts and give them a piercing look and they drop their fork and run to the market to buy some vegetables."
Intelligence: Alexa is a rather intelligent organism. Beside the fact that she can easily influence people's ways of seeing things, she is very factual. She reads many non-fiction books, most of which that are Muggle history and Muggle sciences. She is a rather clever person and can easily come up with an idea for a problem. Whenever a she finds herself in a position where she has to think on her feet, it is easily done.
Honesty/Trustworthy: Alexa never lies and sometimes gets to the point when she is rudely blunt. She is very trust-worthy and her friends can rely on her if they need her opinion and know that she will give them her honest opinion.
Loyalty: Alexa would be the best friend you can ever have. Her loyalty will never falter, unless there is reason for her to. If someone were to pick on her friends or make a rude comment, she will always stand up for them and sometimes be the first person to throw the first punch.
Determination: Alexa is very, very, very determined. Some might even say it is stubbornness If she starts something, she has to finish it, r else she will feel like she failed.
Good Build: "I suppose since I have such an awesome body, it makes me more able to do things, such as winning fights or making a quick getaway...not that I'd ever need to get a way from the police or anything..."
Art: "Really, I good at anything to do with art. Whether it be drawing a picture to singing to playing the violin. Is there anything I can't do?"

Self-Consciousness: "It's not my fault feel thee way I do. Every girl my age feels self conscious, but not as much as do I suppose...If I was standing near a group of kids and they start laughing, I will immediately feel like they are laughing at me. If a guy is staring at me, I check my teeth to see if anything was stuck in between. I also tend to think that I am not good enough. Like how I think I don't belong in Gryffindor or in Hogwarts in general. I guess it is a rather horrible quality..."
Determination/Stubbornness: "I suppose since I am so determined it could be hazardous. I will never give up until I finish the task, which could bad if whatever I am doing could get me into loads of trouble. Like that one time during that rally in Washington D.C., I nearly got myself landed in Juvenile Hall!
Honesty: "I suppose being totally honest could hurt people...I can be so blunt at times, I even made the toughest boy at my elementary school cry once because I told him something he wasn't keen on hearing."
Intelligence/Manipulation: "My mother always said I knew more than what was good for me. Besides the fact that I know a lot of history and science, I tend to know things before everyone else. It’s like I have acute sense or something. I suppose it isn't that good for others since I can so easily change their views on things...not that it matters much to me anyways..."

patronus; Fast, fierce, independent and determined like the tiger, Alexa's patronus is the powerful feline. Alexa has always been fascinated with the strong creature, and it gave her great joy when her patronus ended being a tiger. The ironic thing though is how the tiger would be perfect for a protector and how Alexa's name means protector of mankind. The tiger is also a rather courageous being, in which Alexa feels she isn't. Though she may feel like she isn't brave and doesn't deserve to be in Gryffindor, she is very brave and has proven it many times.
boggart; "Having a wonderful last day of school, then to find my self at the train station and my parents not there..."
dementor; 'No! Leave them me alone! I said leave me alone!' Ten year old Alexa was trying to fight off a rather strong man who was beating her. As the man was about to deliver a strong punch, Alexa's grandparents walked into the living room and took the man off Alexa. Before Alexa could run away to her room, the man took out a gun and pointed it at her grandfather. 'She's a freak! She hurt my boy with her freaky powers! She deserves to be punished!' the man yelled. Of course, Alexa had powers which were unstable and out of her control. Her grandparents looked at the man fear but then her grandmother said, 'Powers? What nonsense do you speak? She is just a little ten year old girl? What powers could she possible have?' The man looked at Alexa's grandmother with anger.
'What nonsense do I speak? I saw it with my own to eyes! The tree branch just fell of its own accord did it? You all knew she didn't like my boy! She must have used some freaky voodoo to manipulate the tree! You are all freaks! FREAKS!' The man lost it and pulled the trigger. Before her eyes, Alexa watched as her grandmother fell to the floor, then minutes later, her grandfather. Alexa stood there with shock and grief, then ran as fast as she could, and didn't stop until she was far far away. "To this day, I never forgot that day. And it was all my fault. Just because I was mad with little Jimmy..."
