We can't help but think about what it was like with Jude, and try and figure out when he was being controlled, and when he wasn't. And we can't figure out why he was being controlled, and we can't control the anger we feel for somebody trying to control somebody else. We only want Jude to be happy. We told him that before, that we may not love him anymore, but we still want him to be happy. He was supposed to protect us. It makes us suspicious of things. Like, if we let someone close to our heart, how do we know they are not being controlled by someone that wants to hurt us, even if the person controlled does not? What if Charlene is trying to hurt us? What if Angel is trying to hurt us? Or Kay, or Jesse? How do we know?

We trust our family. We trust the ones we love so so much. We trust them with our life, and we know that they will not hurt us or betray us. We just can't help but continue thinking that there is no safety outside of the family.
