This is my newest poem and please, I know it's not too good, but, don't be harsh please. sweatdrop
Where are you
My face is hidden by the shadows. It stays there where it belongs. I try my hardest not to cry. Especially when you died.
I told you that a war was wrong. I told you many times. I told you and told you. You never listened.
Now, five years afterword I weep for you. I weep because I just can't leave the grave. The grave where you lie.
The new moon shines overhead. I cry soem more. I realize I can't get up. A soft hand touches my sholder.
The hand helps me up. Now the figure that helped me up embraces me tenderly. I turn to see the figure is now gone.
Where are you?
~This poem is dedicated to all of my friends who have lost friends, family, loved ones, and people that are close to your hearts. This poem was made simply to help people through.~
I love you
My body is numb as you walk through the door. I run into your arms ready for an embrace. You just sit down with me and let me go.
I know what you are thinking. Why would I hurt you though. Instead you kiss my lips softly. You just fall asleep.
I sit there some more. Stunned and vulnerable. Everything is quiet as you slumber. I want to wake you.
Before I have the chance You open up your eyes. My eyes begin to fill with tears. I keep my lips shut.
My life seems to be sucked away. I wanted to scream. You grab my face and kiss me again. My muffled shreiks are not heard.
My life is sucked away again Replaced by a new one. This kiss seems everlasting. All I want to say is one thing.
I love you.
~ This poem is dedicated to people who don't know whether or not they are in love until the last second. If you don't know if you love someone, stay with the assumption that you do or don't (whichever you belived in the first place) and try not to push it. You'll know one day.~
