Okay... let's see if we can't get all these out at once.

Etha is acting very oddly, emotionless. Which reminds me of Engel when we first met him. Which leads me to believe that Etha has managed to shatter her own heart in order to protect herself, and to stop the pain.

Kale fell in battle. Jesibelle.... I'm not sure exactly how it did it, but she got her voice back. The first word she said was 'Kale'. She has a bit of a stutter, but it clears up the more she talks. I'm guessing it's because of lack of usage.
Engel... Nettie will beg Engel to bring Kale back, for however long in whatever form. Jesibelle wants to see him, if only for a moment.

The rest of the family came back in good condition; they're tired, but fine.

Andro still hasn't stopped crying. He was so exhausted that he actually fell asleep for about forty minutes, and again for another half-hour, this time with Al'lik. But he hasn't stopped crying. He says pretty much the same thing over again:
"Fylkir... I'm so sorry..."
Al'lik spends all his time holding Andro and trying to comfort him, but I know that the state of how Fylkir was found is getting to him too... he just won't cry because he's being strong for Andro.

There was another egg in Eli's clutch. She says that she was asleep when she started laying her eggs, and woke up sometime. She thought she only laid five eggs, and this little male was so quiet and to himself that nobody even noticed him.
No, that's not true. Noname noticed him and kept an eye on him while everyone else obsessed over the loud, obnoxious hatchlings. ^^;
He acts a lot like Schrank... he's dark blue and he's always looking around things and under things, and tries to scare away anything he perceives as a threat. It's like he's got the whole 'never let your guard down' thing going on, and he's also rather quiet. I think he and Schrank would go good together. That's just my opinion though.

For anyone wondering why I devoted so much space to the happy news, it's because it's just that: Happy news. And we need some right about now.
