I am still eating my fried pork cutlet at Hydration (local Pearl Tea House) here in san jose. It's a great place if you are in the area and has some of the best tasting boba!!! But anyways, I thought the sauce I was putting on my rice was the house sauce. After dousing my rice with it, I realized it was soy sauce...so now I have some of the saltiest rice I have ever eaten in my life crying .
