Zack sheathed his sword and spoke to his scythe," slee," the scythe's eye closed and he returned it to his back," you were pitiful brother, much less than i thought u would have become."
He turned, and began to walk away but slowly stopped and looked back at the area he had just decimated. His eyes widend as the smoke started to clear.
Axl stood exactly where he had before the beam had hit him. but he was not the same, his hair was a silvery white. His eyes were a sun yellow. his shirt was torn away in the blast but a type of armor covered his shoulders and arms, and the seal on his back had spread and covered his body in marks.
"Wha-What...how are you still alive," he reached for his sword but was to late, Axl appeared in front of him, grabbing his head and slamming it into the ground and spinning a circle throwing him into the distance. As Zack smashed into a cliff Axl appeared in front of him again and kicked him even further into the cliffside.Zack disappeared from Axl's grasp and appeared on the ground running to Faia.
He grabbed her hand away from Gekkou's throat,
"We must leave."
"but im just abo-"
"NOW," Zack jumped out of the way with Faia as Axl hit the ground were they were.
Gekkou turned to see Axl and gasped at his changed appearance. He let out a howl at the two as they ran that made the hairs on their necks stand up on end.
Faia looked back at him,"Zack what...what is he."
Zack kept running full speed away,"Whatever he is now, its not human."
Axl pointed a finger at them and black energy began to swirl to his finger creating a ball at the tip, just as he was about to blast it Gekkou wrapped her arms around his waist and layed her head against his bare back,"Please Axl, stop dont become a killer like them," she hugged against his back tightly.
Axl let his arm drop and his body returned to normal, the armor and marks disappeared and his hair and eyes returned the their normal color.His eyes closed and he fell against Gekkou.
She held him tightly and walked him to one of the few remaining building and layed him down tending to what wounds he had, then fell asleep against him.
