Tags: cinemas, Disney Studio 0Walt Disney Co has announced the acquisition of Marvel Entertainment Inc. for 4,000 million dollars, adding to his empire of entertainment licensing for the large number of characters in the factory of the comic.
Disney paid in cash and stock own a premium of 30 % Marvel investors to gain a collection of over 5,000 comic book characters as Spider-Man, Iron Man and X-Men, present in video games, publications, films or television series.
In the economic crisis and consumption, Disney on high ground with the largest annual operation between media, analysts to reach segments of the market where it has lost population in recent years.
