my guild mates are getting confused and are requeston only 2 leaders so ive chosen to remove 1 altho ive apologized and allowed him to stay within the crew family fold i dont think hes happy with me and i am unsure of how he will react should he choose to leave we will mourn his lost should he stay and there is a 85% chance he will get promoted again. i can help but to think ive made the wrong choice.
