"Okay...Big T, its time for bed for you..." "If you think I'm a lunatic, then say so. Do not just be rude." "Fine, she's a quack lets go Trowa." He hesitated but took the folder and pictures. "If you were to look at the shard again now in the mirror, it would still be bloody...just remember that." Trowa nodded and walked out with Heero, just in time for Shu Yin to come in the back. "Adara." a stern voice called for her "In here, I'm okay, I promise..." For now she thought quietly as she watched the massive truck rumble off.

Shu Yin got in between the window and Adara. "So what was with the bond shaking?" Keeping his back to her. When she didn't answer anytime soon he turned with an alarmed look on his face. "Adara...what is it? What did you see?" Putting his hands on her shoulders he lightly shook her, which made her look at him with a pained look. "I saw things I wish I couldn't. This one is going to end terribly for everyone." The only terrible thing that could happen to Shu Yin is the loss of his only family. Yanking her in his arms he held her tightly and whispered "I won't let anything happen to you, I'll die first." "Just remember, if you die then I will be sad and slowly suffer with out you. You may not be my lover, but you still are a big part of me. Besides that, who will protect me if your gone?" Shu Yin recoiled a bit as he never thought about that. He hated when she did that, blow holes in his ideals. But he did it to her so turn about is fair game he thought.

"What the hell was that Heero?!" "What? I think she is a quack. That's all. I want to go to sleep." Trowa blinked at the red light and looked over "She was there wasn't she?" Heero just looked out the passenger window and 'hmpf' ed the situation. Trowa had a sad look on his face for a moment but drove on. They went home and finally settled in. It was Heero's worst night while Trowa woke up going "I need to get laid...."

It was months before the guys were before the captain almost in tears, putting their badge and guns on the desk. It wasn't so much that they were fired or quit. They were their to be suspended with pay. It was dark and a kid pointed a gun at them and started to pull the trigger so they took him down. They killed a kid with a water gun. They were really affected by it and requested suspension without pay, but actually were relieved with pay. They were still going to get jobs but at the same time, they would have less stress. It was at the same time the sun was going down and shaded Adara's face in a way Shu Yin hated "It has started..." the elder sibling hugged his tranced sister wishing she didn't have this terrible curse.

In the coming months the two found it trying, the mother and father of the fallen child instantly forgave them when they went to apologize. They recognize that the two were doing their jobs and their son was in the wrong. They apologized to the two for the burden that the kid put on them. "He was a good kid for the most part." They were all sitting in the living room of the victim's house. "Its just he had been acting weird lately, and he had that job at the old burned down department store over off of Thistle and Hardesty. But here is the weirdest part...."

She waved them to follow which they did. They got up to his room and all the mirrors were painted in a black tar coloured paint. "He had started freaking out at the littlest things. That wasn't our boy. He was a good kid...." she started to cry and the husband shuffled her off. "You think this is the same with the last one?" Heero inquired only to get a nod out of Trowa. "Let's get a job?" Nodding the two walked off, excusing themselves and walked to the mouth of hell themselves.

They were hired on in an instant, they would be able to work together as it was a massive area and they were on the graveyard shift. Sitting in the little trailer "Why again are they not fixing this place up? Why don't they just, you know. Make it nice and worth the space?" "Or at least make parking for other buildings..." They shrugged working on, taking a tour every so many hours out of boredom. It wasn't for three months that the fun started...
