The team was going to rush in but Duo got to the doors first. "Stop. Let Wu Fei have his time." He managed to keep them, even 'Ox' back. Trowa and Heero both took a shine to Shu Yin. They have been doing cop work longer then Shu, Trowa a rough necker for much longer then both of them. They were all concerned when Wu Fei poured water from his cup on Shu Yin's face. That wasn't normal, none of this was.

It was hours before Wu Fei coaxed him in the chair and was knelt down in front of him talking quietly, shaking his head. The team couldn't believe what they saw next. Yeah they've seen Shu Yin blow up a few times but he picked Wu Fei up and threw him across the room and followed him. "TROWA WATCH THE DOOR!" Duo went in but the last thing Trowa heard was "Don't let him out." that was followed by "HOW THE ******** CAN YOU SAY THAT TO ME! I FU-" the doors shut and Trowa could do nothing but run a hand through his long wild hair and sigh. "We wait." No one went against his word.

Duo rushed Shu Yin and jumped on his back. That team wasn't crazy for nothing. Gritting his teeth it took him putting Shu Yin in a sleeper hold that finally let Wu Fei pressure point him down to a paralyzed state of being. Dragging him off to a corner they knelt by him and simply talked. They all knew it was bad when Duo ran his hand through his spiky chestnut hair and turn away from Shu. They knew it was something bad. Nodding Duo got up and walked out and stood by the doors. "Team...Shu Yin has a problem...His little sister has been taken by the Carpone family." There were a few grunts and sighs. They all knew that family. No matter how many times anyone in that family was arrested they got out free and won against the precinct in court. Now they had one of their own's family in their hands?

"I didn't know he had a sister." "He does. Briefing room now." they headed off, Duo giving Wu Fei a bit of a nod then headed off with them. Getting up front he sat on a stool. He managed to get her picture on the front screen. Trowa sat up a bit. When one of the team commented on her, it was him that hit the guy, not Duo's words. "Shut up I'm listening." Heero looked over and raised his stapled eyebrow at Trowa. "What it could be anyone of us that lost her...." "uh...huh...right shut up" Heero looked forward shaking his head at 'Ox'. "Shut it 'Dragon'"

"ENOUGH YOU TWO!!" Duo never got mad, well, he's mad now. "Shu Yin faked his death long ago so he could watch her. He made a deal with the devil and now the devil came to collect his part of the prize and Shu Yin doesn't want to pay it." "What was the other side." "His baby sister was dying of a rare disease, I don't know much about it, but it was going to take a lot of money and the right muscle to save her so he went to the Carpone family and sold his soul in a sense. He worked for them for years after he had to fake his death. They say he was originally a raven top. The way they treated him and the nature of his 'death' scared him so badly that his hair turned white. They said there was a chance that they will take her too, if she turns out right, well she did and they wanted her. He got out of the family and did everything he could to keep their eye on him and not her. Wasn't easy and he mas more scars then you guys could know.

"So one day he moved down here and started working with us, now do you see why he was hitting every Carpone ally? This was his last resort. That or killing the head of the house, but he was banned from the house so there was no way he could get in there by himself. She moved down here just like he thought, so he could keep a better eye on her. She has no idea he's still alive, that's why the first of ever December there is a fight as he calls her just to hear her b***h horribly at him for wasting her time since he won't talk. This last time she talked to him, at one point he thought she had him made so he hung up on her, since then he's felt bad, and just a moment ago he got the call that she's in the Carpone's hands.

"Wu Fei is trying to keep him calm, but there is really nothing we can do as the DEA and our TNT are currently on a case with them and if they-" seeing someone come in Duo was given the phone. "Thanks" The runner headed out as Duo put the phone to his ear "Duo." he waited and went white. Trowa wasn't happy about this. "Thanks." Hanging up "She's now on the next boat out as she is healing, apparently she had surgery and now is on her way to the SBM in the heart of Iraq..." Looking down "That means she's gone." Trowa stood up and walked out. "I don't think so." Ripping off a patch and headed towards Wu Fei's office with Heero hot on his heels. "ox" Duo called "OX GET....in here...." Sighing "What I was going to say is that is a hot zone, period...no one is forc...." he watched as the crew got up and headed out ripping on patches

"No one messes with our own." One hissed out and Duo just smiled. The DEA and Captain walked out knowing what was going on. Duo was the last to come out and winked at the Captain "Sorry Captain...we got more important things then working." Oh did the Captain have such a hard time suppressing that smile while the DEA was demanding what the hell was going on. "Come on, I think you and i need coffee." walking the other way. By then the word had spread all over the precinct and everyone was watching.

Trowa came in and delivered the news taking all, the now mobile, Shu Yin punches. Trowa was only human, yeah it hurt but he could take them and now show that it was hurting. Finally palming his teammate's head, Trowa forced him to sit down. Wu Fei turned to Duo and whispered "Why didn't I think of that?" Duo simply shrugged. "Listen to me." The Ox finally decided to talk so sure as s**t Shu Yin listened. "Your sister is out of Rough Neck's reach, but always in our reach." Shu Yin was a bit confused till the man turned his right shoulder to him, the painted on shirt had a hole and for a moment Shu Yin could have cried. They were turning their backs on everything they were taught and going to run off to find his sister. He owed them way more then he could owe the Carpone.

Getting up he ripped off his patch and walked out to see their team were greeting many more that was joining the cause, He didn't know what to think, what to say but he had to say something. His voice cracked as he broke down saying the two words that only could be said. "Thank you." Kneeling down hunched over he finally let it all come out and cried. His team locked arms with shoulders and knelt around him as they supported and shielded him for the moment.

When he was good they got up and the old Shu Yin was gone, this one was determined and angry. "I want my sister back." "So do I." it was like somewhere scratched a record as Shu Yin turned and stared awestruck at Ox "What? I do so you can have your peace...." Trowa shrugged "That and in the picture she had a nice a**....." Shu Yin didn't know if he should deck Trowa, or laugh, so he just walked off stunned. "What she did..." "Come on Romeo." Heero shook his head "NO I'm just getting used to Ox...Don't change my name again." "What was it before?" one of the other tactical teams asked Duo "Tiny." a few chuckles as they headed out.

It wasn't till a week later that the guys set up outside of the Carpone house as she was sold, but recouping at the house safe. She was told all the details of why they came for her. Why she was sould out and everything. "Oh but my dear, he's not dead. He's been following you for years trying to keep us away from you. But I tell you one thing, I know he's coming for you and when he does, I'm going to kill him dead as I'm lying on your sweet body." Raising her eyebrow "You would be crushing me under that enormous wine gut, besides I don't have to worry about you raping me." Looking away "Your pecker wouldn't get anywhere near me, your gut is better then any condom out there for keeping your skin from touching mine." "SLUT!" "Not really as I'm a virgin" "IF IT WASN'T THAT YOUR WHORE OF AN a** WAS SOLD I WOULD HAVE YOU TORTURED!" and wobbled out.

"Have we forgotten whore requires me to sleep around...." SLAM "I still virgin..." Getting up and going to the window like normal she sat there "Shu Yin? Your alive?" a few tears trailed down her face as she thought of the money and the phone call every birthday. "You jack a**....You coulda talked to me..." Playing with her face, it actually didn't hurt, she had been playing with it and found that they didn't do much and what they did they were good as it wasn't giving her problems nor was the incisions very bad. In fact, it was as if she was already healed up.

She looked out over the land and saw one of the dogs running to the woods and the minute it had 'disappeared' it fell dead 'so it starts'.
