I like to get an item that means something to someone, that to them, is special in some way.
I have Darcy's Pale Blue Pearl Hairpin, her first ever pearl item; she gave it to me about 3 years ago. When I was hacked a couple of years ago, I cried in relief when I found out that the hacker didn't take the hair pin.
I have Yellow's Banana Mood Bubble, her first mood bubble; she gave it to me when she 'quit'.
I have my very first Wifey's Gold Promise Ring, which she gave to me when she 'proposed'.
If you give me something that to you, is somehow very important in a way, and not in a way that someone donated it to you, or anything like that, but just an item that means so much to you, I will keep it. Those items have been in my inventory for a very long time, where they will forever stay. The items are small, and worth next to nothing. But to me, they are the most important items I have ever owned.
