I can feel the heat, and the sweat pouring down my neck..But I keep running...I have to reach that ball!! Almost there....So close....And SMACK right over the net...they all cheer me on....And then It's serving time...there's no one in the crowd...Now I can focus...I hear the cheers but I can pretend the'yre in my mind...It goes over....we are winning...it's the last set...It's the last serve.....It is all silence except for my breathing and the encouragment floating all around me....my hand hits the soft texture and it goes in the air and doesn't return....Suddenly the silence is gone and my hears are filled with the screams from my team...They all surround me and pat me and say the words that fill me with happiness....I don't look at the score...that's not important...what important is I have my team arround me and these tears in my eyes...Nothing else matters at the moment...nothing....
