The Price of Love
Effort is to try as afford is the ability to pay. So why is it that when I put an effort in trying all I can afford to pay with is my heart? No values of loves are sacrificed in cashing myself to her, just pennies for her thoughts and my hearts always broke? I don't even pay attention to my life as I concern myself with hers, and yet I always come up short. Change is the only thing I get to see in my eyes, not a prize as a sight to behold. Well I'm going bankrupt and now my love is poor. Nothing makes sense anymore and I've been footing a bill this whole time. The cost of love is too much to bear if you're the only one paying. Well my deep pockets of live have virtually been spent and I can't afford to pay with my heart anymore, so im no longer trying to put an effort, my treasured heart is now buried deep in my mind and no one can break the barriers, not even her.
