The reasons for her custody
Abracadaver: Experiment CADAVER has the ability to bring the dead back to life with the touch of her bare hands.
Hocus Nocturnus: CADAVER cannot be seen if the sun is not present. If the sun isn't in the sky, CADAVER is completely invisible unless touched (Her visibility flickers, and then goes back to invisibility).
Chains of Opportunity: We believe that depending on her alignment, her powers can change. Either for the good of mankind, or for worse.
CADAVER's medical background
Schizophrenia- CADAVER suffers heavy episodes of schizophrenia where she hallucinates about bodies drowning, corpses breaking out of the floor, etc.
Blackouts- CADAVER has random black outs if she suffers a period of depression.
Insomnia- CADAVER can't get a good night's rest unless she's given a heavy sleeping pill. If she manages to fall asleep without the pill she'll have horrible nightmares that will amplify the Schizophrenia visions, and blackouts.
Heart condition- If CADAVER gets to excited, feels extremely threatened, and to much adrenaline enters her system, two things could happen:
Heart attack- This WILL prove massively lethal to CADAVER if nothing is done about.
Heart strain- CADAVER will be incapacitated for a certain period of time (Depending on how much adrenaline entered her system), but she won't die, and will recover.

Background information on CADAVER
The governmental extraction team took custody of CADAVER after many people living adjacent to the cemetery were filing complaints on watching the dead come to life. Not much is known about CADAVER except that she was found in a cemetery, living inside a box located in a mausoleum at the age of 4. The extraction team saw her place her hands on one of the corpse's cheeks, reanimating it. They took her from the mausoleum after putting down all of the corpses in the cemetery and nearby.

Walking B.O.W.- Samantha can regenerate and heal at inhuman rates, being able to regenerate a lost arm after half a minute through massive cellular replication. She can also morph her arms into weapons deadlier than her bare hands.

Acrobatic Slow-mo- When Rubi (Jumps, power slides, runs across a wall, etc.) time slows down when she begins to shoot because of the adrenaline rushing through her body.
Party Girl- Rubi has drank so much alcohol to dull her pains that her body has learned to embrace it. Drinking alcohol triggers a mimic to multicellular replication where the pain is numbed, neutralized, and wounds are healed.
