Gods:Last Will

Many legends have been told throughout the years, among them are legends of the Gods. Each God is said to rule over an element, they have power unmatched by the mortals. Shukaku the God of Wind, legendary power was bestowed upon a mortal in order to keep the land from falling in turmoil, Shukaku became a God after dying for his land. Kyuubi the God of Fire, given his power to bring down the evil forces Kyuubi destroyed many of armies built upon evil intentions before his demise, his name still brings fear to most. Isonade Goddess of Water, her beauty and grace caught the eyes of the gods and she was blessed to become a Goddess and rule over the seas, she was peaceful and was destine to keep peace among the mortals. Raijuu God of Lightning, he is the oldest and the original god he was born into the heavens with the goal to look over the mortals and guide them to tranquility. Kaku Goddess of Earth, Raijuu took in a wife in the heavens her power was then given to her, she would give home to the mortals and the elements. Each God has followers their followers are given a limited amount of their Gods power in order to help their Gods will come true.

Rumor has it few shines follow Gods that have been banished from the Earth, for they were given a shot at power and they abused it so being banished was the only way to keep it from happening again. Nekomata the Goddess of darkness, she became corrupt and began fighting the mortals and killing humanity in order to reach the Gods so she could take over and kill them gaining a power unmatched by any other being. Sokou the Goddess of Poison, her breathe alone is toxic to even a person immune to poison and her bite could paralyze even a God, she gained an uncontrollable urge to kill, in her attempts she was sealed away in order to be forgotten. Houkou The God of Elements he was given the power of all elements, letting this go to his head he attempted to take the throne but alone he failed and was sealed away. Yamata no Orochi the God of Death, his control over the dead was his first ability he gained a way to kill on contact later, it was not instantaneous but it would kill rather quickly, with his abilities he came the closest to taking over the heavens but he failed as well and was Banished to Hell. The religions that follow these Gods have thought to be forgotten but alas they will be seen again soon.

The lands have been in peace for the most part, each God with its own followers. Few are chosen to carry the power of their God those who have been chosen will embed their fate in the protection or destruction of the world as it is now. The Gods who were banished from being followed by the humans were never actually forgotten completely few new of their stories and even less looked at them as Gods. The ones who did follow the banished Gods have been foretold to be the most evil of humans and their only goal is to cause Chaos to the world. It is the job of the other Gods followers to keep the world from falling into a great chaos and being a home that no one is proud of and wants to continue life as a slave to the new Gods.

Which God will you follow, will you use the power given to you to carry out the will of your God or will you betray your God in order to carry out your own goal. Choose wisely for turning back will not be an option. Will you gain the power of your God and become his or her vessel in order to bring peace or chaos to the world of mortals. You can decide on the way, but be careful with great power come great responsibility.
