Shinobu was the 8th ranked assassin in No More Heroes 1. Her father was killed by a unknown assassin yet when she fights Travis she thought he was the killer. After the battle Travis ends up cutting her hand off and she tells him to kill her. Yet he lets her live. She shows up in No More Heroes 2
