Food and Desks
Lately I've been feeling good Maybe I've been making excuses for myself all this time. I've been neglecting myself for a long time. My sleep cycles are out of whack. I lack the dedication to eat right. I don't have time for the gym, but I think I can go outside for thirty minutes each day in the sunshine. That's all it takes to reset my circadian rhythm, right? All I need is the closest break, which is next month. I have my sister to empathize with me, because she's busy and practically handcuffs herself to her desk nowadays.
