History:
Rin was always silent for the most part, he was always kind and showed manners, he was always happy and care free. Born in a family of entertainers he enjoyed his life growing up, being able to see various places and be included into many different religious groups as a visitor. He gained a worlds worth of knowledge as a kid, learning of different clans and such he grew into a very smart young man. His mother and father were very sick for sometime, he knew it was their time to go. He didn't shed one tear, he had accepted them passing away before it happened. The circus of travelers consisted of shinobi that didn't fight using their skills instead they entertained. With the various types of people and abilities, Rin learned alot about each element and class. He traveled for years until the group slowly fell apart, they weren't making as much money as they were when Rin's parents ran the circus. With more and more people leaving everyday he was losing more and more acts, until finally he was left alone. He still used his bubbles and swordsmanship at birthday parties and side shows for a little cash here and there. One day a man noticed the weird jutsu element he possessed, it was rare and unique, it was also dangerous and had potential. The man asked him to join an organization of people all helping each other achieve our goals, Rin agreed to join not knowing what he got himself into.
As a member of the Akatsuki, he was trained to not care about life, though he didn't take this training to heart completely he still trained and became more and more dangerous over time. Rin helped everyone in the group here and there, that was probably why most of the members took a liking to him. He got more and more feared in the villages as the Heartless Swordsman of Bubbles, only because his facial expressions never changed even while murdering children. He used his close ranged abilities to dodge and counter and his long ranged abilities to keep most at bay, he was feared even by some of the AKatsuki. Rin still does whatever it takes to complete a mission given to him, even if that means killing children he doesn't really care. Rin is very polite and charming still so entering villages is a piece of cake for him, since he doesn't look dangerous at all.

The user creates a clone of himself/herself by using his Soap Bubble Ninjutsu and his Bubble Blower. When hit, the clone pops like a bubble.

This is the basic creation of chakra bubbles, they are low in power at this state and can only be used in select few ways. Though after combined with certain materials or more chakra they can be deadly.

The user blows acid bubbles at his/her opponent that can burn the opponent when popped.
• Blinding Bubbles Technique
The user blows bubbles, surrounding the opponent's face with them. Once popped, the bubbles creates a puff of red powder that momentarily blinds the opponent.
• Floating Bubble Technique
The user creates a single, particularly large bubble with his/her bubble-blower and quickly jumps inside. Under his command, the bubble will take him/her wherever he/she wishes. It's seemingly very capable of both travelling very long distances and floating rather high into the air with no apparent risk of popping. The user can also make the bubble camouflage to hide from anyone who's after him. The user is also able to take people with him/her via this technique.
• Soap Bubble Slime
The user blows bubbles at an opponent which when popped, release a sticky slime, delaying or trapping an opponent.

The user uses his/her Soap Bubble Ninjutsu to create a dome around himself/herself and his/her comrades. This dome is shown to be strong enough to resist large explosions.
• Explosive Bubble
After the user blows dozens of bubbles they make their way towards opponents. Upon popping they create bright yellow and white flashes along with variously strong explosions that knock back the enemy and everything nearby. The explosions also produce a large amount of smoke, which can be used to obstruct the opponent's vision.
• Bubbles Technique
After blowing dozens of bubbles, the user manipulates them to surround the enemy in all directions. Only the slightest amount of physical contact with an opponent is required to make these bubbles burst, resulting in a small but powerful explosion when they do. The user can then make the entirety detonate simultaneously with a snap of their fingers.

The user blows his/her bubble-blower and dozens upon dozens of soap bubbles that vary in size shoot out of its tip. If the technique is used successfully, the users enemies' heads will be trapped in one of the bubbles and they will be subsequently drowned surprisingly fast.

Using his/her bubble-blower, the user sends a rush of bubbles toward the enemies, who are subsequently encased in a large bubble, which then appears to fill itself up with a black liquid. The bubble then pops in a black inky splash, killing the enemy and leaving no sign of a corpse behind.
