Many times while I was busily driving about one morning in order to get to some place at some time I have been confronted with traffic jams. Most of them last for about twenty minutes but some last for hours.
While I could understand such delays if there was some sort of terrible accident almost every time I only see a single car pulled off to the side and then traffic resumes flowing smoothly.
That's right, because someone's car had some minor problem and was turned off and left off to the side of the road where noone would have to use any effort to get around it I just sat around not moving for intervals of about a minute followed by a gain of around ten five meters or so for around a half an hour.
Why? Because people had to look at this car that wasn't where they expected it to be. For awhile I thought that people were really ******** stupid and had to stare at it while they passed but I have realized that most of them just casually glance at it like I do and wonder why everyone else is so stupid (similar to how I do it but I'm right and they are stupid.)
Indeed, it would seem that the minimal changes in your driving because you only glanced at something on the side of the road cause everyone else to stop for a ridiculous ammount of time.
But why do we even look? There's nothing that can be done about it if there aren't people there waving for help (which would reasonably attract your attention,) and it certainly shouldn't cause anything to happen to us.
While I would usually recommend that people stop looking at these sorts of things we all know that something like that is too much to ask. So instead I want to ask that if your car breaks down you take the time neccesary to cover it in leaves and branches to hide it from view. I don't care if you pull off and there is only grass, disguise the car with leaves and brnaches anyway.

I'm basically going to use this to store long stories that don't fit into conversation.
