Service host local system using too much RAM
For those of you experiencing this on a windows 10 machine, I feel your pain. I noticed this after I did a factory reset of my laptop and it's taken me two days to work out what the problem was. Looking at task manager it showed Service host: local system was using 500mb and the longer I had the computer on the higher it would go. It got to 2,000mb and I was starting to get worried about my computer. I look around for a long time and found out it was the IP Helper service as I tested it by stopping it and the memory climbing stopped. Disabling it is an option for some but for me I hated doing this work around. I decided to update my network drivers as some people have said memory leaks come from the killer network suite as this is what I'm running. Once I updated them the memory leak had stopped and gone back to normal before the factory reset. Hope this helps you guys if you are experiencing the same issues.
