To Long,
Have I been sitting here,
Waiting for you.
To Long,
Have I stayed up,
Waiting for your phone call.
When I know,
It's not going to come.
To long,
Have I cried,
Because I think I did something wrong.
And I know in my heart,
That I did nothing.
To long,
Have I taken the blame for everything.
Not caring what might happen.
Just as long as I can stay with you.
To long,
Have I been doing nothing,
When I should have been doing something.
So this is the end,
I'm getting up,
And doing something.
Because I'm done,
With being the one who waits.
And if you have a problem with that,
Then deal with it.
