an updated vertion of my last poem. this one flows better
With face like laughter With voice like song With skin like velvet It wasn't long Till from my window I did slip Impaled upon Her fingertip
Her candy smile Infects my veins Fueling love With hunger pains A hunger cured With no food or drink But into her kiss I long to sink
That wicked smile It taunts me so An ice cold heart Under skin like snow Within her eyes No warmth does shine But still I long To make her mine
Stiletto heels Pass through my heart Another sole lost To her devilish art No way to shield My broken heart As ruby nails Rip me apart.
