Meteor Garden II I hear that in the original story, Lei was supposed to end up with Shancai for some good irony. But fans complained, saying they wanted a happily-ever-after fairytale ending. SCREW THE FANS! I WANTED THE IRONY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
