History : Sheyenne is one young man that is what most would think of as carefree, but since he takes medication, you really can’t tell that he’s a ticking, time bomb that is ready to explode. Back to the institution thing, he was placed there when he was ten since he burned a kid alive for messing with his cousin. He is only unstable due to watching his aunt and his other cousin get maliciously murdered by his uncle. When he was in the institution he was moved from room to room, never staying too long with another person because he became violent soon after being placed with them. Albel has killed twenty people that people know about, one of them his own sister and his father and uncle. Most that he killed were doctors, nurses, other patients and the lead scientist for a drug company. He has yet to be released for fear that his instability will lead to more deaths.
Personality : Sheyenne is a bit of a strange boy. He can be lovable one minute, and the next he’s threatening to burn you alive. (Trust me…he’s done it before, and he had no remorse about it.) He tolerates a limited amount of things, but he truly cares for his friends and family. Sheyenne can act like a child at times or even a seductive teenager who knows how to get what he wants. He’s not one to stay in a relationship for too long, and he hates it if he is dumped. He has slight case of OCD [Obsessive- Compulsive Disorder], for example he counts the amount of steps it takes to get to a certain place, and is thrown off if something has interrupted the counting and he also washes his hands quite frequently. He’s into tarot cards, among other things, and does a pretty good job at reading them when he’s not playing the guitar or hanging out with his friends. Sheyenne is a manipulative person if given the opportunity, thinking of people as characters in a game he plays. It can seem rude and hurtful to others, but it’s the only way he knows how to survive.

Hair: It’s naturally white, but at the moment it’s dyed black, and the top is layered and slightly spiked. The tips of the spikes are neon orange, and below the spikes, one braid trails down his back, always wrapped up in a black ribbon on the end that has a bell attached.
Eyes: Grey-hazel [Wears Orange contacts with a green pupil]

Clothes:
Shirt- Bright orange tank top underneath a long sleeved, black shirt that slips down his shoulders.
Pants- Baggy black pants that are tucked into his boots at times, and at other times his pants hide his flat, black ballet shoes.
Belt- Four neon orange belts are wrapped around his waist in a criss-crossing fashion.
Sock- Black, Thigh high socks
Shoes- Belted black boots, or black ballet shoes
Arms- His left arm his covered in black bandages, on his arm the word Death is carved into it vertically. Words are made out of the letters like you would in an acrostic poem, and so far he only has come up with a word for D and E, Destruction and Eblis. His right arm sports a glove that stops at his elbow, and on the palm there is a skull with an alchemic symbol underneath.
Jewelry:
Neck- A collar that has a tracking device in it as well as a device that can send electrical pulses into him to paralyze him if he gets out of hand.
Left hand- Three rings, thumbs, index and middle
Right hand- Three rings, index, middle and pinky

Tattoos:
Two dragon wings on his back with a large cross in the middle. On the back of his neck it said Hate, Forgotten, Peace and Faithful in Kanji symbols, but they are rarely seen due to his hair being in the way.
