I sniffed the air curiously and followed the scent to the main ballroom. I gasped and my eyes widened at the sight of all of Osiris's slaves and servants dead on the floor. I swalowed, my eyes finding the blood irresistible. A woman was standing on top of the Grand Piano in the center of the room, the two swords clasped in her hands, dripping in blood. She laughed wickedly and beckoned me forward. "Come to me, love..." Her voice echoed around the room and had such an eerie ring that a shiver ran down my spine. I walked forward against my will, scared beyond my wildest dreams. I wanted this blood and now a woman was controlling me? What was this? Did I change this much in 600 years or was this just the way this future world worked? Was everyone controlled by the scent of blood? If everything was going to be this way then I was sure I'd rather be dead...
