One may say they are in love or "I love him", but does anyone know what love truly is. Does feeling so many emotions for someone considered love? Or is it just a figure of our imagination and we just say it. Honestly, no one knows what it truly means and many young people say it with very little care for the impact it can create. A guy can say "I love you" to a girl in an attempt to get in their pants, while the girl is left there thinking that he loves them till he throws her aside. What has happened that males and females think it is right to say "I love you" and then mistreat the word and it's meaning. Do we even have a right to say it? Is love caring for someone so much that your heart aches when they are upset and that you would do everything in your power to see them smile? I have said "I love you" carelessly before and I have said it to only 2 or 3 guys. These guys are James, Brian and Kevin. I think with James I may or may not have said it, it may just have been an infatuation with him. With Brian and Kevin though I meant it. Idk if they do or not, but I feel in love once and all that came out of it was a aching heart. Here I am saying "I love you" to some one else. I am not in love with him, but it's still the fact that the fear of the pain is there in my being and thinking about it just brings me down. I hate how easily it seems that guys can mess with our heads and hearts. Yes, there are girls who mess with a guy's head and heart, but it seems now a days that men do it more. Why I will never know since I am not a male, but a female. I just only wish we could learn from our mistakes and stop throwing "I love you" around so carelessly. I mean come on people, do you honestly mean it half the time you say it or are you just saying it? This is something I can't help, but wonder about and ponder on as I move on day to day. Shoot, my heart has a huge hole still in it from my step dad that will never leave. That pain will always be there for me to bear and keep with me. I write this little note cause I wonder how everyone else feels on this and what others think of this. I just can't help, but think that we will never learn and continue o throw it around and hurting others. I know I have hurt people and I have been hurt back. What's worse is when t's a huge big misunderstanding, but the other just refuses to listen. I just hope one day maybe everyone could stop the cheating and stop carelessly saying "I love you." It may be a wish, but maybe some day it can become true. I know many people who haven't said "I love you" to the other person till recently and I know many who have been hurt worse then I have, but it's just another bump in the road that you have to get up from and keep moving forward. Life is full of mistakes and after making one you have to always remember it and learn from it. So that in the future you won't make it again. Well my little note is now done and I hope you all can see what I mean by my opinion. Goodbye and Good Night.
