Venel felt that he could truely see now, that he did indeed "Knew" what was going on in his life, and on this earth. This thought of "Knowing" made his thoughts settle down, and his mind free of the stresses of wondering. As he reached over to the faucet's handle the drain howled at him. Venel "Knew" his view of the world had complete changed, and that there was no turning back from this point on. At that thought he slowly turned cut off the water, the Howls stopped as if not allowed to go on. "My senses are mine own again... I will know you are out there, and want back into this realm.. But as i stand.. You will not be allowed passage... Evil has a form, and now i have seen it.." He smiled and spat into the drain. "...and that is indeed an image, i will soon not forget.." Venel wondered about the drain, and gave it a deep glance. "...In the Darkest Darkness, you reside..." He released a small breath then turned away to walk towards the window. As he reached the window he once again saw the crystal sky lit by the stars, burning eternally, never forfiting their endless light. To view the stars was a blessing to Venel, and he admired their untold beauty. "...Might my fortune be as wonderous, to live among the star..." He gave it his own thoughts, both past, and present much time to think about. Legends of warriors fighting demons and resting up in the sky when their time past, for all to view and cherish as stars. He gave deep thought on that, along with the thought of how Demons, and Spirits were easier to accept as real back then. "The times have changed much since the days of the samurai... The thought of loyality is at the point of if you pay a person enough your important to him.." Venel shook his head thinking about the warriors he had met last night. Strong, loyal, and slaying the Demons of our time. The day of the samurai had not past, it just took a different form. Different cultures help shift the ancient ways to become what they are today, and as long i you can see "True Truth" in a person, or situation, the essense that is samurai lives on. Venel smiled and looked at his passed. He had killed so many, in the "Hopes" of changing the world, for better or for worst. His views back then were the views of a person wearing the mask that all are born to wear, but some stray away from to see the Truth. "..Deceit powered that mask, almost to the point were human's could see the Demonic Violence as an every day occurance. The Demonic influence was nothing special in their eyes, it was normal.." Venel was not sure if his words struck true, but he believed them, and that was all he needed to surcome their voice. Venel began towards his couch to watch the NEWS He wondered what he would see, he decided that without the mask that blinded him from reality, the world would seem much more destructive, and in need. Channel after channel, war after war, He saw the end of humanity in the form of Demonic actions. What shocked him the most, was that the most Demonic of actions was of our own doing, Greed, Envy, Lust, Racism, were all ripping the world apart. Every man killed for something he didnt have, some men killed for what his contry didnt have, others for the lack of what he was given. The ones that filled the world up the most, were all in the war, thoughs with the lust to kill others, free men, paid to kills others with no threats, no strings tied to them for doing so. These men were Demons in human fleash, as if being around the evil for so long, infected them and made them into what they were surounded by. Venel couldnt take it anymore, he wanted to do something, He had no clue that the world he knew was filled with so much hate. He watched children fighting because it was cool, he watched Movies that glorified the Hateful behavior towards another man. Venel watched as the world he "Knew" fall apart infront of his eyes, a world that spiraled down so long ago, he could never make a big enough difference in his life time to make up for what humans did. A moment went by and he caught himself, and listen to what he had said. "...Humans are my people... and i am to be judged with them." His thoughts strayed to his life as an Assassin again, his hands were stained with blood that could never be washed away and forgotten. He could never be granted forgiveness from the families of his victoms. He was indeed human, a born sinner, but he wanted to take back what he had done. He would fight to preserve the light that still lit our skies, he wanted to rest among the stars as someone who saw the destruction, but still strived forward, for a world he never knew he could have. Venel changed the channel. A simple cartoon was on his television set, Dragon Ball Z first. Warriors who know of bad people but still go ahead and take it on their shoulders to fight. Then Trigun came on after that. A man who killed many people, but wanted to make it right, won every battle without killing anyone. Then Hell Sing was next, this show caught Venel's attention quick. A Vampire hired to kill other Vampires, who though had his Evil roots, went his way killing for the greater good, showing Venel that there are nessissary Evils in the world. He smiled and turned off the T.V. "To think..." He smiled and gave a small chuckle. "A Bunch of Anime cartoons gave me this motivation... if nothing else, it shows me that their are still people hoping that someone will fight for that happy ending we all want..." Venel walked back to his window and pulled out a cigerette. "...There are worst things in the world that could kill me i guess..." As he said that he lit his cigerette.
