I just had the best day i've had in a long time!
(i should note i'm still in crutches)
i went into town to see the new Shrek movie with my friend Christie
the hard part was walking to the cinema from the bus station... i would say it's probably only 400/600metres away, but on crutches... it's not easy.
especialy when you go back into town to get some food. after we'd eaten we went back to the cinema and watched the movie... it was really good... so many good parts in it. after that we went down to the pier and went on the arcade machines and had a general good time. we played skeeball, basketball, and a few other random machines, we spent the tickets we got on matching coke bottle keyrings. then sadly it was time she had to go back home. so back to the bus station we went... this time my hands were really hurting, but i still went back at a nice pace and watched her get on the bus and i waved as she went home, then i got on my bus and went home.... at the end of the day i had great fun... though it hurts to type and i'm too tired to move i'm happy!

(ps when my foots better it'll be the same except we'll see transformers and i'll be out of my cast and we'll go on DDR!)
one more random thing. i went on the need for speed underground arcade machine today... i used my only available foot... my left and won the race on hard....that was fun, knowing i'm still good even when handycapped...lol

Yesterday i met up with one of my new friends! I met her at the manga evening. Her name is Christiana and she's interested in manga and anime too.. i'm going to try and interduce her to the wonderful world of gaia, but either way we had a fun day out. I took her bowling and i won, but not by much... sweatdrop It was her first time too, and we went to the arcades, spent some more money. we walked and talked, and much fun was had.

This was August 2nd. Well it was only a store event in our local bookshop, but about 100 people came and enjoyed the evening! There was a raffle and pic competiton and cosplay and not forgeting a quiz. The person that won was a Ninja from Naruto. can't remeber the guys name. But he deserved to win! My friend Ai_Ryu won the Quiz, she guessed quite a few of the answers. She won a prise, and a brought one of my friends to get him into manga, and he won one of the prises from the raffle... I won nothing. *Sigh* There was alot of good pictures, although i thought someone else's work should of won. I got some new manga's for my collection, but most importantly i met lots of new people and interduced them to the world of gaia.

Eventhough i didn't win anything, i made new friends! So i'm happy!

It really has been a while since i last posted anything really... not that much really has changed... i still have the same job, i haven't really made any new friends.... and very little has happened to me.. yes i guess i am a very dull person. *Sigh* this is why i just don't post anything anymore

A couple weeks ago i got myself a laptop, which has wireless internet and i've recently got it working! Now i can go on the net when i'm in my room! also i don't have to keep worryin bout my brother wanting the net. YAY
