Everybody knows this by now: Summer is quickly approaching. I'm looking forward to my summer, because I am going to spend most of it in TAIWAN!
I like Taiwan because it has a lot of shopping, foods, my relatives, and things I can't get in California, U.S.A.
There's a lot of malls, with air conditioning and great clothes. The shoes there are very cheap, I got a beautiful pair of sandals for only $5.00 in U.S. money. My favorite food there is baked spaghetti. It is so good, with a lot of melted cheese. Most of my relatives live in Taiwan, and I usually meet them all in summer. I have a cousin named Jen, and her family spends a lot of time with us (my family) in Taiwan.
Today is May 13-- and you know what that means...
It's MOTHER'S DAY!
Today my family is going out to an expensive restaurant to celebrate my mom's piano recital. That celebration can also include a celebration for mother's day! I'm planning to give the card I made right after we eat.
