~!~Good Day ToYou Sir~!~
High school just gets better and better, don’t it? Not only do I have mountains of work to do, but my social interactions have been, a bit… strange.
At lunch (a few days ago) this guy I used to sit next to in first hour last semester came up and started poking and proding at me, asking me what I’m doing and that sort of thing. It’s nothing to worry about or anything, and honestly, I like being acknowledged. In Civics (a few days ago), we were working in groups to help each other finish our packet things before the test. I was working with a girl friend from History, who was sitting next to me, and this guy who likes to copy my answers, who was sitting behind me. (btw, he’s stoned most of the time, so, keep that in mind) He kept looking over my shoulder to copy me, and he always has this sort of glazed look on his face, so my gal friend was joking around that he was staring down my shirt (which, btw, was one of my favorite shirts. That V-neck with the purple design on the sleeves and bottom rim. I’ll post a picture later) and he was joking around, making snide comments about how she needs to pull her pants up. So, class goes on, and we’re all getting back in our seats, and waiting for the bell to ring. He’s telling me that she was talking about me, saying that I have… no, no, I refuse to repeat it. Let’s just say it was a less than polite comment on my chest size. She starts joking, saying I should smack him for that. Me being me, just laugh, and twiddle me thumbs. As we’re walking out of class, he turns around, and says that yes, it was him (no dip, Sherlock) and that it was a compliment. So I’m all, “Thanks, I think.” And walk away to Algebra. Today during lunch, another person I happen to know asked me to walk with him, one the promise of a ‘surprise’. I got fed up with walking, and went to lunch, being starving since I didn’t eat any breakfast. He trailed after me, skipping class to sit with me at lunch. He starts talking, asking questions. He can’t believe I’ve never had a boyfriend, ’having such a nice personality and great body.’ (oh yeah, he really said that. ._.) and asking me random questions, such as, What would you do if someone randomly told you they loved you?” and “How about if a guy you knew kissed you?” You know, questions like that that you can’t really answer till they happen to you. So, now I’m kinda suspicious to the fact that I think he likes me. (He better not. I hate his attitude and the joy he finds in driving me mad) So yeah, high school has been fun.
Today during first hour we had a lock down. Not sure if it was anything serious. Probably just a drill, because it lasted just a few minutes. It was funny though, because we couldn't get the blinds to close for a few minutes, and people were milling around, standing on the other side of the room away from it, ducking under tables, pulling chairs around. Then someone asks if ”We’re really supposed to be talking during a lockdown?” So this awkward silence passes through the class and we all giggle. It was rather funny.
Then that got me thinking about that time in Kindergarten when we had a lockdown. I remember that quite vividly.
I’ve been watching movies practically all day. Glory Road in first hour, The Skeleton Key in second hour… makes me wonder how on earth we’re going to cover all the material.
That’s all, bye bye. ^^
