Every movie I watch, I pay attention to the credits. |

It's like paying your respect to all of the people who contributed to create something as awesome as a 2 hour visual story! I feel like it's the least I could do. Recently I've watched Madagascar 3: Europe's most wanted and Brave with my 10 year old brother in the movie theater. During both times, we were the last ones to leave. We'd get up and dance, run up and down the stairs, look at the giant screen and read the rising names that helped make the finished product. I mean… I don't see why some people don't do it. It only takes a few minutes of your time. PLUS, you get rewarded! You can jam to the music that compliments the film while the list scrolls, get to find out who played what if you can't remember their names (I know you've experienced it, that moment when you're all, "OOH!!! I recognize him! Oh, s**t, what's his name… I KNOW I saw him before!!!" or "That girl is gorgeous! She looks familiar too… I wanna find out her name so I can Google her later." wink , even find out that 1 song that they played during a scene that you've been dying to know the name of, who sings it, who wrote it, etc.! I mean, c'mon, it's a win, win, win WIN! OH, and let's not forget, some movies, animated ones especially, have a little exclusive clip at the very very end of the credits. It's sort of like a joke, giving us an extra little smile before saying goodbye. For example, when I watched Winnie the Pooh, they were going on and on about The Backson, THE BACKSON! Moments before, I thought, well that's too bad; we never got to see him! Then after the credits were over the monster showed up and fell in the trap that was previously set up during the movie! I laughed WAY harder than my brother, and he gave me that, "dafuq?" look. Lol Good times…
So anyway, the point I'm making is, watch the credits on occasion. You never know what sort of exclusive treat you'll receive.
