My ex breaks into my Spotify, wouldn't stop changing the song than GASLIGHTED me saying that I was making up that they were on my Spotify when I can see their name and model number come up.

They did it on purpose. They're sorry for ending it, now they're gonna stalk me till I cave when they want me. Well it's too late now EX! I've already got a date.

Describe a personal strength you used today.
Forgiving myself! I have been in a emotionally abusive relationship and I am free and I will not let them from stopping my from my best life anymore. I forgive myself for all the pain I caused to myself over this person and I forgive myself for going insane when it was induced by another person to be crazy. I am not crazy.

Describe something you were thankful for today.
I'm thankful for not living alone with an old creepy man trying to stay in an abusive relationship and I now live safely with my father. I don't care if it looks bad to still live with family at 33 I'm safe is all that matters.

What was a nice thing someone said to you in the past week?
I have practicing my make up and three people said it looked really nice and could tell I put a lot of effort into it. heart I also had a girl like my dress that I am happy that I get to wear at work. Dress code is super lax and I love it. heart
