While her laughter is quick and the grin infectious, there's more than the little doctor Leona gives to the eye. small-framed, petite, and with a bubbly, happy-go-lucky attitude, there's nothing much going on for her, except that she's one of the pack of the poor sods that tend to walk around with Zane Savage. if there's a reason for it, we can't tell yet.

She moved into Central City about six years ago, according to the housing commission registry. she opened up a small "Family Clinic" as she likes to put it, and takes patients regardless of their pockets, and regardless of their conditions: if she can fix them, she does it. payment is optional. while this can sound a bit biased, i once went to her clinic - had this really nasty cough that wouldn't go away - and she treated me so well, with such polite manners that i almost felt like i was talking to a friend, not just a doctor. not to mention that she somehow, someway, managed to discover what i had (some sort of allergy reaction to a new fabric softner i bought) right on the first few minutes of our conversation.

She's a graduate from the Colorado State U, Valedictorian, and even gave the class speech during their graduation - according to the newspapers of the day, it was titled "The Modern Doctor in the Modern World: Changing Old Ways". supposedly received a standing ovation.

Dr. Leona is just included in these reports because she's a Person of Interest, mainly because she hangs around with Savage all the time. i don't know if he's sick or not, and i don't even want to poke around that right now, but some claim that she usually goes visit him with a small cooler, as if transporting medicine. maybe he's one of these retarded rich guys who does some weird beauty schemes, like "ox brains for the face skin"? who knows. all i know is that Doc knows something about Zane. something that she's not teling. - Insp.
