So it was a normal day at work.... nothin' too much going wrong. (alright, so that's a lie. ;P)
For those of you that know, I'm a cashier at a local grocery store. It's not a bad job... except when we don't have any baggers 'cause the one scheduled forgets to show up! D: I'm the nice one that likes to help out, so I get stuck doing everything the bagger was supposted to do. I brought in carts all night, cleaned up all the mess on the floor, fixed the candy (cashier's job), and bagged for that little "princess" that never wants to bag anything herself! (so she bags meat, but it's more like slapping than bagging. She doesn't like to slide it. *rolls her eyes*)
So anyways.... I'm told to do trash, so that's what I do, but then the "princess" gets customers and can't call over the other cashier, so she bugs me to bag for her. (Hey, not my fault that the other cashier doesn't like to stand near her register and tends to wander around the store.)
Oh, but that's not the best part... on top of getting all the trash, this boy comes hopping in on one foot.... the other foot is dripping blood! D': Yeah, I'm the one that goes to get the mop. *sighs* Apparently he tripped while running barefoot on the concrete. (Yeah, he was running after a girl. ;P stupid boy) Mopping, bagging, trash, carts... it was a fun night. *sighs* Six hours of torture.... not my kind of fun. So when I got home.... I was about in tears. (I was emotional.. and it was the start of that oh so lovely seven days out of twenty eight that I look forward to. *eye twitches*) I've been havin' loads of fun. *nods*
Before I forget.... I had chipped my tooth the day after Valentine's Day on a lollypop that my friend Logan gave me. *sighs* Well, the thick straw to be more exact. That was fixed up on Tuesday, no troubles. whee
Besides that and my boyfriend breaking up with me (two days after Valentine's Day) for a stupid reason, everything has been fine. (I'm going off to another city for college in a year and a half. At that time, he'll be a senior in high school. He broke up with me because he didn't want to do the "long distance" thing so he left before he could get "too attached". *sighs* The place that I'd be moving to is only an hour and a half away from where we live now. I would be home at least once a month and during all the breaks.) We got back together the next day after I talked to his best friend about all this. Then I got grounded for a week because I was over at his house at 11:30 at night. ^^' My parents told me to be home by ten, but we were watching a movie and it was running a bit late. So I called my dad and told him that it would be a little bit longer. By the time eleven came around, he walked me out to my car. heh... took us thirty minutes to say goodbye. sweatdrop Then my dad called and I had to get home pretty quickly. (And in case anyone was wondering, his parents were home the entire time. ;P I'm not stupid like that.)
I've been working on a research paper that's worth 60% of my overall grade in my college class. So if I don't get it done, I'll fail out and only get high school credit. *sighs* I've been trying to work on getting more research done, but work has given me a lot of hours. *nods* So I asked off the weekend and the night before the paper is due. I want to make sure that I get it done.
That's been my life.

Well, sounds like you had an interesting time. I dunno what to say except that your job sucks and your ex-bf is now depressed... (I think, I don't really know him).
Besides all that, you should be happy and be singing! Singing is good for the soul! 3nodding
