He laughed again. "I make you nervous, my beauty?" I nodded, not knowing what else to do. He backed away respectfully. "Alright..." I looked down. Did he just call me beautiful?? I knew he must be mistaken, for my hair and eyes were a neutral brown and I didn't think my features were too great. He stared at me. "You put yourself down. Why?" I looked at him, for once not nervous. "Everyone else does..." "I've watched you for a while,"he said,"but you have never done what everyone else has done...you are too independent for that..." He smiled slightly, making a shudder run down my spine. "I could always start now..." I shrugged. He moved so fast all I saw was a blur and then his cold lips were against mine in a sudden kiss. I gasped and he vanished. "Oh my god..."
