Those police officers over at UC Davis, pepper-spraying peaceful student protesters... yeah, sure. Students who link arms are oh-so-dangerous. Look at them. So violent! That made me hate the police for a moment. Maybe it's just me, but I have something very personal against eye injuries... makes me shudder when I think of it. Despicable.
Well anyways, the other day I was walking along the streets. I passed by someone's house and there was a guy dressed in a bright red Santa outfit, with a cardboard sign reading "free pictures." I thought that was pretty interesting, but I didn't linger because my friends were completely uninterested. Ha, I'm already starting to listen to Christmas songs, and Thanksgiving is just around the corner. What I like about Thanksgiving is the turkey. I really like the taste of turkey... =w=
Thanksgiving break has just started, but I expect I'll be spending a fair amount studying for my finals, which are coming up soon. Gah... I so am not looking forward to that. And that test on Monday.
Today I went to the bookstore, and I happened to pick up the first book to the Hunger Games series. It's pretty good, but I've only read the first chapter. Pretty dramatic at that part where the (spoiler alert!) people all touched the three fingers of their left hand to their foreheads. I've heard about this series a while back, but I've never bothered to look into it.
