He nodded. Namine got out her pencils. “ You’re very quiet, yes?” She was very nice. But though her expression was cheerful, but her eyes were not. Zexion sensed a bunch of mixed emotions coming in waves. Was it coming from Namine? He smiled at her. “ Usually…” “ Well, I finally get to hear your voice…” she said, giggling, as Zexion’s face turned a bright shade of pink. “ Well anyway, what color do you like? Black?” “ Yeah… how’d you know?” “ I guess it’s instinct. Or the type of personality that someone has.” She started to sketch the outline of the room. From the random drawings and sketches taped on the walls of the room, Zexion could see that Namine was a very skilled artist. “ Do you like looking at the stars?” “ Yes, I do.” “ Because I can put them on the ceiling for you. And it would look realistic. But it’s your decision. Sorry. I can really get into these things.” “ It’s okay.” “ And the walls?” “ Black.” “ Sure. Um…Zexion? Can I ask you something?” “ Go ahead.” “ Did you sense any kind of waves before? Emotions? Foreboding, maybe?” { Maybe she’s psychic, or something…} “ Um… yeah… why?” He blinked curiously. “ No… it’s nothing. I just didn’t want you to worry about yourself… it’s your element settling in. And you’re body’s getting used to it.” Again, he thought he could feel the waves of emotions coming from Namine. What was wrong, he wondered, that could make her feel so down and sad? And Axel had mentioned something about elements. What could his be? He was still getting used to the fact that he didn’t- -exist anymore. And the idea of living with all these people was so new to him. Back when he was a Somebody, it had only been him and his father. He snapped out of his thoughts and brought himself back to reality. “ Yes, Namine, I did feel emotional waves. And I’m guessing it was coming from either you or Axel, which is kind of hard to believe ‘cause Axel hasn’t been giving off waves these past few days, so I’m guessing they’re your waves. Namine, is there something wrong?” “ No… well… yes, Zexion, there is something wrong.” She put down her sketchbook. “ Do you have the patience to listen?” He nodded. He was used to his own depression so listen to another’s problems wouldn’t affect him at all. “ Well,” she began, “ Marluxia, he’s the eleventh member. You should him soon. He wants me to take apart someone’s memories so he can take over the Organization. It’s a long story. That’s why I asked you if you had the patience. It’s all part of this big plan. He’s in cahoots with Larxene, Vexen, and Lexeaus.” She paused so Zexion could take in all of what she had just said. “ There’s this boy named Sora. He’s the Keyblade master. And in order to take the Organization, I have to take apart his memories. He’ll be entering the castle in a few months and Marluxia’s already starting to blackmail me. I’m worried for his safety. There’s more I would tell you, I just can’t seem to put it to words. I’m sorry, this must seem crazy to you, I’m not sure if I can handle much more, I…” She looked on the verge of tears. Zexion laid his hand on her shoulder, to comfort her. “ It’s okay… it’ll all be okay. I promise, I’ll do anything to help.” She looked at him with wet eyes of fear and exhaustion. Then she wiped her eyes and seemed to push all of that to the back of her mind. It wasn’t good for her to store all of her feelings away. If it kept up, she would have a breakdown. “ Really, Zexion… don’t worry about me. Let’s just get back to what you’re actually here for. Axel will be back soon and I want this to be finished by then. So any other requests?”

“ So, how do you like it?” the fire mage inquired when he got inside the new room. “ Namine has much talent. It’s beautiful.” answered the newest member. As Zexion explored his new living quarters, there was a loud pounding at the door. “ Zexion! Axel! Get out here! Xemnas is having a meeting and it’s mandatory!” “ Oh, shut the hell up, you maniac! We’ll be there!” Axel yelled back. He turned around to get Zexion and realized his friend was on the floor. He had fallen over in shock from Saix. “ Ah, don’t worry about him. He’s just got anger management issues.” He pulled Zexion to his feet. “ Come on. We better get going or he’ll have another spaz attack.”
Soon the two were in the main hall. Axel took hold of the door’s handles and looked back at Zexion. “ Dare me?” He gave a smartass grin. “ To do what?” “ Ha ha. Watch these idiots jump out of their skin.” His hold on the handles tightened, and he threw the doors open. The pyro stood there, knowing he was being watched by the eyes of the rest of the Organization. He snickered as he led Zexion down one of the rows of chairs. His prank was a success. He had tricked the whole of the group into thinking he was Saix, bursting through the doors. That showed that everyone feared the blue-haired berserker. Zexion sat down in the chair next to Namine and waved at her. She returned the gesture. Xemnas appeared in front of everybody, which silenced them and they turned their attention to the front of the room. “ Greetings, everyone. Thank you for coming.”
