hmmm... was quite fun, but very busy sweatdrop .

Although I sort of like spirit week at school, I kind of dread it every year, simply to the fact that I'm usually swamped with picture requests for the yearbook. Everyday is a different dress up day and almost everyday has some important home game I have to attend out of respect to our sports program page which must have good shots. I haven't been paying enough attention to our fall sports this year, so I've gotta fill it all in before I run out of time to catch the home games.

The week was hectic to say the least... and this weekend was supposed to be a just a hanging out sort of thing with my friends, but I was really busy with homecoming crap, which sucked. The game lasted longer than I'd planned and it was really boring... I really hate football, but I was hired to the task of producing pictures for our yearbook, so I "had" to go and the fact that I'm in Pep Band did little help whatsoever. My band teacher freaked on me for asking her if I could not play my flute and take pictures of the game for one quarter!! She was pissed off that everyone didn't want to be there *cough* our team sucks *cough*. To give an example of how long the game took; in the last ten minutes... it took about maybe 30 seconds for each play... and then 5-8 f****ing minutes for them to plan the next one. I was in Hell. It took about 30-40 minutes for the last "ten" minutes of the game!!! There are so many reasons why I'm more interested in other sports... for one, the others have set time limits and so I don't feel like shooting the coaches and refs!!

The dance was alright, but I didn't really want to be there. The music was good (better than Lydia's school dance), but I wasn't in the mood to be there. I really hate crowds. I like my personal space and it's rather limited when you're surrounded by glitter coated, sweaty schoolmates. I've got loads of photos to edit, because the lighting was totally wrong in most of the shots at the dance. They technically didn't have lighting, so everyone has red eye and the colors need adjustments... the same goes for the bon fire shots... and I got only a few good shots at the football game, so they've requested that I make this coming Saturday's game so that I can get more.

We also watched barely one movie, because after the dance most of us were asleep halfway through it (me included).

I can hardly think straight anymore when I have no time to relax. I'm way too busy and as I've said probably a thousand times before... my family's nuts!! It's completely insane to think that relaxation could ever occur in this house. Everybody seems to be expecting more of me, and I don't know how much more stress I can really take at the moment, but enough of the depressing s*** in my life and onto a happier note... I'm learning to play GO in a club someone started at school. It's a really cool game and so far I understand how to play, but I don't know how much longer that will last.. lol.... strategy isn't one of my better skills. I'll type some more of the Sage Runs this week when I find the time. I've gotta change a bit of it first though, so that some things fit in the plot better. First priority, of course, is homework rolleyes , which my teachers don't seem to lack in assignments.
